I see a few post asking what is the title of this sont. If you do not already know, this is actually "Tear Drops in Rain" by CN Blue. They seem to have... changed the lyrics though, or may be made translation into Korean that fits the Drama well. Song is originally written in English. I'm not sure who wrote the lyrics, I know Jonghyn sings it. One of my favorite song
